Austin Farley: Heads to court today for the crash that killed Ashton Sweet.

Irvine PD have released the mugshot of Austin Farley, the man accused of a deadly drunk driving crash that took the life of 14-year-old Northwood High School cheerleader Ashton Sweet.

Farley heads to court this morning, for his first appearance in this case.   He is no stranger to the courtroom, haveing been arrested numerous times on alcohol and drug related offenses.

The Teensavers Team will update the events as the unfold at court.

Plans have not been finalized for a memorial for Sweet.
