There are hundreds fewer Oxycodone pills to be abused by people today, after a drug bust in Charleston, West Virginia.

According to the Sunday Gazette Email, a bust late Wednesday night netted the pills and tens of thousands of dollars in cash.

The sting led to the arrest of Eric Kelly Simmons, as he allegedly sold pills to an undercover buyer.

When deputies served a search warrant they could about 900 Oxycodone pills, handguns and nearly $40,000 in cash, including the marked bill from the drug sale.

It’s these kinds of busts that help keep pills out of the hands of children.

Teensavers will continue to bring drug related information from around the country and from your community.
